• Application data — practice name, business email, facility type, professional license number, and notes you submit when applying for wholesale access.
• Account data — sign-in email and authentication records for portal accounts.
• Order data — order contents, shipping addresses, PO numbers, and payment terms (we do not store bank or card numbers on this platform).
• Usage data — standard analytics events (pages viewed, actions taken) used to improve the site.

2. How we use it

We use this information to verify business eligibility, provision portal access, fulfill and communicate about orders, provide batch documentation, respond to inquiries, and — where you have a business relationship with us — send relevant operational and commercial email. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics), with carriers as needed to deliver shipments, and where required by law. Service providers are bound to use data only to provide their services to us.

4. Retention and security

Business records, including applications and orders, are retained as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. Access to account and order data is restricted by role-based controls; data is encrypted in transit.

5. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information (subject to records we must retain) by contacting sales@puritymedsupply.com. You can opt out of commercial email at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us; operational emails about active orders will still be sent.
